The government has kept the fuel prices unchanged for July despite the recent fall in prices in international market.

According to a notification of the Energy and Mineral Resources Division under the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources (MPEMR) issued on Tuesday, the retail price of diesel will remain at Tk 115 per litre, octane at Tk 145, petrol at Tk 140, and kerosene at Tk 135.

Previously, these prices were set through a similar notification issued on May 31, 2026, for June fuel prices.

Under the new decision, the current rates will remain effective from July 1.
