Mercantile Islami Insurance 30th AGM held

30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mercantile Islami Insurance PLC held on 30 June 2026 through ‘Virtual Platform’.

Abdul Haque Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

Adviser M. Kamal Uddin, Executive Committee Chairman, Md. Nabiullah, Director Al-haj Abdul Mannan Mazumder, Nurul Azim Sunny, Azad Mustafa, Mohiuddin Ibnul Arabi, Independent Director & Chairman NRC Salam Obaidul Karim, Shareholders, Independent Scrutinizer, Statutory Auditors, Chief Executive Officer Firoz Ahmed and Senior Executives of Head office joined the meeting.

Among others agenda 10% (Ten percent) Cash dividend was also approved for all the shareholders in the Meeting for the year ended 31 December, 2025.
