BanglaCAT, the authorised dealer of Caterpillar Inc. in Bangladesh, hosted a special evening reception titled "Freedom 250" in association with the U.S. Embassy Dhaka on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America.

The reception was attended by His Excellency Brent T. Christensen, Ambassador of the United States of America to Bangladesh; senior officials of the U.S. Embassy Dhaka; distinguished business leaders; prominent personalities from various socio-economic sectors; valued stakeholders; and the management of BanglaCAT.

Held under the global Freedom 250 initiative, the evening celebrated 250 years of freedom, innovation, and progress, as well as the enduring partnership between Bangladesh and the United States.
